“Compass Artist” Decorated Dome-Top Box (SOLD)

“Compass Artist” Decorated Dome-Top Box (SOLD)

This is an extremely rare example in the way the decoration is executed as panels and the large size. A later shellac finish gives the appearance of a green, red and yellow painted finish. In actuality, the box is painted blue and white with red decoration.
