5 x 3 1/2 inches. Frame 7 x 5 1/2 inches

This very patriotic spread-wing eagle, derived form the obverse of the Great Seal of the United States, wears a striped shield on its' chest and is clutching arrows on the left. This Pennsylvania German fraktur artist has the eagle clutching a tulip vine on the right instead of the olive branch. The name and script are encased in a decorative heart.
