Pine and poplar with the original polychrome-decorated finish; original hardware with the exception of three brass bails and one missing door knob

This is a rare and important piece of 18th century Pennsylvania-German furniture in an excellent state of preservation. It is rare to find a schrank with a central section flanked by a closet and drawers of unusual small size.
